Instructor

Hiromasa Tanaka

I’m a ski instructor of  DIRECTLINE Ski School based on Iwate-Kogen Snow Park.

I started ski when I was a student at Iwate-University and fell in love with it at that time.

After graduating from the university, I obtained a phD at same university. Afterward, I worked at several institutes and universities in Japan and the US as a researcher.

I aim to teach skiing while ensuring it’s FUN! Skiing is an incredibly enjoyable activity for everyone.

Thank you.
